Steven joins our team to manage Dining Services with decades of experience as a chef – building menus, running kitchens, and establishing new restaurants.
Steven’s love for food began watching his father and learning from his family – a passion for cooking and table fellowship is within him. He enjoys creating community around the table, using the freshest ingredients from the Earth, creativity exploring new recipes, and mentoring young professionals in their desire to build careers in dining and hospitality.
Steven prepares all meals from a deep place of love and intention to care for the health and nourishment of the human body.
