PARISH GIVING - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

NOTE: The term "Contribution" is used for both gifts (general donations) made to the Center as well as fees or deposits for Center retreats.

Create a New Account

  1. On the Parish Giving website’s home page, click on the Create a New Account link
  2. Complete the Account information section, making sure to read and then click the Terms & Conditions section
  3. Click Save Account Information
  4. Complete the Billing Information Section
  5. Click Save
  6. You will be taken to the My Contributions page
  7. Once you have created an account with Parish Giving, you can use the Returning User Log-In feature

Add Contribution(s) to your Account

  1. Input your username and password in the Returning User Log-In section, then click on the Log In button.
  2. You will land on the My Contributions page.
  3. To add a Contribution,  select the contribution type from the dropdown menu
  4. Select the Frequency (some contributions may have more frequency options)
  5. Select the Amount you wish to contribute
  6. Select the Billing account you wish to use
  7. Select the Next Bill Date
  8. Click Close
  9. Repeat this process for any additional contributions you wish to add
  10. Please note that any contributions with a $0.00 amount will be dropped when you save your changes
  11. When complete click the Save Changes link to save your changes

Use Pay Now Feature

  1. Click on the Make a Payment link
  2. Select your Contribution type or create a Custom contribution
  3. Select your Contribution Amount
  4. Complete the Memo section if desired
  5. Complete Name and E-mail Address
  6. Complete the Payment Info section, making sure that the account information is accurate
  7. Read and click the Terms & Conditions box
  8. Click Pay Contribution Now
