Transform Our Hearts: The Challenge of the Lenten Gospels  

The journey of Lent is a journey of conversion: A time to learn from Jesus and allow Him to transform our heart so that it becomes more and more in tune with His desires for us. This will be a day to be still and listen with our hearts as we reflect on some of the gospels of this sacred season.  It will be a time to deepen our relationship with Jesus and renew our commitment to make His Story alive in our personal life-story.

Mercedes Rojo, OSF, is a Sister of St. Francis of Philadelphia. She is a psychotherapist, spiritual director and retreat facilitator. Sister Mercedes has extensive experience as an educator, retreat facilitator, spiritual director, and mental health counselor, and is passionate about bringing her faith and her experience of God’s PRESENCE in the Here and Now to all her encounters with others helping them recognize that they are loved and cherished by God and called to incarnate the Divine Spark that lives within each one of us.
