Encounters with Jesus: A Contemplative Prayer Series

Date: Mar 9, 2021 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm

During his public ministry, Jesus did more than just preach. In fact some of the best lessons we can learn from Him are those taught through his encounters with the people he met on the road.

In his travels, Jesus met different types of people. He met the poor and the rich, the sick and the healthy. He not only responded to those who reached out to him, but also knew how to reach out to those who were unaware of what they needed from Him.

The following series will highlight some of these encounters and using St Ignatius Loyola’s contemplation method, we will have the opportunity to have our own private encounter with Jesus. All you will need is to COME AS YOU ARE, bring an OPEN HEART, and a desire to meet Jesus on the road of the HERE AND NOW of your life.

There will be five ZOOM PRESENTATIONS from 6:00 to 7:30 PM on the following dates:

March 9, 23; April 6, 20; and May 11

Please have your Bible and a journal with you.
