• All are welcome

  • Be still, and know that I am God

  • A place and a time for God

  • Come to me, all who labor and are heavy burdened, and I will give you rest

  • I praise you, for I am wonderfully made

  • This only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord

  • At the works of your hands I shout for joy

  • Make known to me your ways, Lord; teach me your paths.

  • In verdant pastures He gives me repose

  • Be still, and know that I am God

A Winter Day of Renewal

Date: Feb 5, 2020 - 8:30am to 2:30pm

Turn Left at the Third Hawthorne Tree:  Our God, Our Selves, Our Journey

“The feeling remains that God is on the journey too.” This quote from Teresa of Avila frames this day as an exploration of the interplay between psychology and spirituality. During our time together, we will pray and reflect on how growth in self-knowledge is actually growth in God. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a tool, we  will discover how our personality influences how we pray.
